MushHubMushHub terms of use
Version 1.2 — September 30, 2026
MushHub is a tool for streamers, free in its essentials, created by Cristian Arturo Torres Sanchez (MushInGames), Mexico. Contact: contacto@mushhub.stream
This is a courtesy translation. If it differs from the Spanish version (TERMS_ES.txt), the Spanish version prevails.
1. Independence
MushHub is not affiliated with, sponsored, certified or endorsed by Twitch, YouTube, Google, Kick, TikTok, Microsoft, OBS Studio, Aitum, Streamer.bot or SAMMI. All trademarks belong to their owners.
2. Your responsibility
You are responsible for: (a) following each platform's terms and rules; (b) holding the rights to the content, music and assets you stream or clip; (c) reviewing titles, subtitles, voice actions and clips before applying or publishing them; and (d) keeping backups of whatever matters to you.
3. AI
MushAI and the automatic features can make mistakes. Their suggestions (titles, clips, answers) must be reviewed before use.
4. Third-party services
Platforms may change or withdraw their APIs, permissions or features at any time; if that happens, some MushHub features may stop working.
5. No warranty
MushHub is offered free of charge and "as is". To the extent permitted by law, it is not guaranteed to work without interruptions or errors.
6. Trial, donations and memberships
When you install MushHub you get a 7-day trial with every feature, without giving any payment details; after that the weekly limits of the free version apply. One-off donations are voluntary and are not a payment for the software. Ko-fi memberships (for example Supporter or Creator) remove the weekly limits of the free version and give the benefits described on the Ko-fi page while they are paid. They are charged and cancelled on Ko-fi; if you cancel, the benefits last until the end of the paid period. A membership is personal and works on one PC at a time. Features and limits may change between versions; if a change takes away something you paid for, you can ask for a refund of the current month by writing to contacto@mushhub.stream.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States.
